The BARS - Access Consciousness
The Bars® is a healing modality that helps you release stale, non-beneficial patterns, perceptions, and beliefs that block and limit you from connecting with your ability to be as joyful and powerful as you truly are and enables your body to process and receive the changes you are choosing with ease.
This is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process, undoing limitation in all aspects of your life that you are willing to change! The Bars® are 32 points on your head which, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release old energies stuck in the brain. The Bars® takes all considerations, thoughts, feelings, emotions, decisions, judgments, and beliefs from any lifetime, that are electrically stored in the brain and releases them. It can be compared to the reset that occurs when the lights go out in your house and you flip the circuit breaker and the lights come back on. Having your Bars® done allows you to "reboot". The Bars have assisted thousands of people change many aspects of their body and their lives including sleep, health, weight, money, sex and relationships, anxiety, stress and so much more!
What to Expect in a Typical Session
You will have an hour session in which you will be comfortably lying face up and fully clothed, on a massage table. You will be asked to close your eyes and begin to allow your body to let go of all tension and stress and become aware of thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations that might be bubbling up in you to be released. We will work together to do this in the most gentle and effective way for you at this time. I have found that it is often helpful to encourage clients to notice any parts of themselves that may need attention and help these parts let go of any burdens they may be carrying. Clients have reported feeling a great deal lighter, calmer, and refreshed after their sessions.
